Strawberries are one of the best fruit to try desserts and ice creams. This is one of the simplest ice cream recipes of strawberry with the lemon combination. I haven`t used an ice cream maker and it doesn`t even need many ingredients. With 5 ingredients using a mixie jar tried this and it came out so good. Next time when you find strawberries don`t forget to try this ice cream and enjoy chilled.

PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
strawberries-10 big size
condensed milk-1 cup
cream-1 cup (200 grams)
salt-1/4 teaspoon
vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
lemon juice-2 tablespoons
In a mixie jar, take strawberries, condensed milk, cream, salt, vanilla essence and grind into a fine mixture.
Take it in a container, add lemon juice and stir gently. Freeze for 2 hours and grind once again. Freeze overnight and serve.
