Mutton is my fav in non veg section when compared with chicken or any other sea foods. Though,DH don`t likes it much for me and my kids he started buying nowadays..Why,Iam saying this is,actually lamb meat is very high in price when compare with other foods. We came to know recently about the place that where can get the meat. So, I was quite excited to try dishes with it...I have posted some meat recipes but their I used sheep meat which is called carneiro in portuguese and this present dish is cooked with lamb meat which we called mutton in regular terms.
I should say honestly that god blessed such a wonderful life partner who never scolds, never get annoys and always very supportive..He never forces me to cook according to his taste or and always encourages to cook differently every time.If Iam sharing so many recipes in MLH means the complete credit goes to him definitely. I should thank him in tons for giving such a huge support truly..Also,a true foodie loves to cook newly every time I think, actually that`s what I feel always.Almost daily If I should speak honestly. The recipes which Iam sharing in the blog are the examples for it,so you can imagine about the true foodie lover now.Not only this..The recipes are in line to tempt you all in future.so,never forget checking out Mahaslovelyhome for more and more easy, healthy recipes.
Coming to the recipe-I cooked this dish on our wedding anniversary i.e., 23 rd april as a special.Though I love to bake, was not in mood on that day. so,just finished the menu with this out standing dish..This is a rich and tasty gravy of mutton which is very popular and here Iam giving the clear notes with neat step by step pictures..Now this famous Mughlai dish is joined in my favorite dishes! Here I cooked it using pressure cooker, but you cal also cook in a vessel or thick bottomed kadai and can call it as kadai gosht.. This is a perfect dish toserve with Indian flat breads like Chapatis, rotis or Naans.
