Long time back shared few ice cream recipes...Again,now....This time it`s avocado chocolate chip..It`s a home made egg free ice cream which is blended in juice mixer...Hahahaha..No,ice cream maker..no eggs..try it..Enjoy it..
CATEGORY- DESSERTS/EGG LESS ICE CREAMS
PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTESRESTING TIME- 30-40 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Avocado ripen-1
banana-1 big
sugar-1/2 cup or more if you are sweet tooth
salt-2 pinches
chocolate chips-3/4 -1 cup
milk-1/4 cup
cream-1/2 cup
Remove avocado pulp..Blend all the ingredients in mix jar...
For every 30 minutes blend for 3 times..Freeze for few hours and serve chilled..
