I think 90% of ladies in the world loves straw berries..Even in the fruit form or like ice creams ,chocolates or any other else...I too love straw berries..Few days back I posted AVOCADO ICE CREAM..Along with that I tried this one too...Straw berry ice cream is very familiar to every one..So,for a change/twist I added some peanut butter in the making of ice cream..While making I was curious about the taste of these two different flavours..But luckily the combination worked very well and it tasted very yummy...Along with mild tangy straw berry taste,you`ll feel peanut butter taste too...The INGS are very simple and its damn easy to make..People/kids who love ice creams may go with this kind of home mades instead of store bought..These are fresh,flavour ful and best in taste and the Important point without preservatives..Every MOM would like to feed their kids always healthy and tasty foods.Isn`t it??!!!!
RECIPE SOURCE-Mahaslovelyhome
CATEGORY-HOME MADE/STRAW BERRY/EGGLESS ICE CREAMS/PEANUT BUTTER
PREPARATION TIME-15 MNS
MAKING TIME-20 MNS
RESTING TIME-5-8 HRS
WHAT YOU NEED
Strawberries-10 big
whipping cream-200 grams
condensed milk-100 grams/1/2 cup
peanut butter-50 grams/1/3 cup
milk-1/3 cup
straw berry sauce/syrup-1 tsp Or jam -1 tbsp
HOW TO MAKE
Whip cream til soft n smooth.....keep aside...
Chop washed berries into pieces...
Combine all INGS and blend into fine smooth puree...
Take this into tin/box and refrigerate for 3-4 hrs..
Remove and blend again after 15 mins..Do,This for 2 more Times and serve chilled...
MAHAS NOTES
The combination of peanut butter and straw berry is completely works well..
Add few straw berry chunks after the final blend for extra touch..
For a variation I added condensed milk..you can add sugar and let me know..PLZ..
Use good quality of Cream...Also use fresh berries...
