CHOCO COCONUT FUDGE

I have a big chocolate bar in my fridge form a long time......I thought to try a fudge...So,i added some desiccated coconut powder........Its very easy to make........

Ingredients

chocolate bar-1

coconut powder-1cup

sugar-2 tbsps(optional)

raisins-10-15


Melt the chocolate bar on stove in double boiler method......

Add in desiccated coconut,sugar,raisins chopped and mix well........off the stove..

Fill in the moulds and chilled it for 20-30 minutes.....I used muffins cups to fill......

serve chilled fudges with milk.......
