GARLIC PENNE PASTA

PASTA one of the favourite food for kids.....Usually I try recipes with spaghetti variety.But this time for a change tried with penne variety...This is like one pot meals which is loaded with full of vegetables.Adding vegetables is your choice so depending on the taste add or skip..Special of the recipe is adding some garlic.it gives a strong flavor yet taste to the whole paste..Here is the recipe,try it and enjoy

Ingredients

pasta- 1cup(penne )

garlic cloves-5chopped

green capsicum-1/2 cup finely chopped

red capsicum-1/2 cup finely chopped

corns-1/4 cup (i used frozen)

peas frozen-1/4 cup

fresh home made tomato puree-1 cup

onion-1 small size

store bought red chilli paste-2 tea spoons

salt-to taste

oregano flakes -1 tea spoon

chilli sauce-1 tea spoon

olive oil-2 table spoons

Preparation

boil the pasta with a pinch of salt and a table spoon of oil til soft and drain them.......

heat a pan with oil and fry the garlic..add in onions too and fry til transparent....

add in chopped all veggies one by one along with peas,corns and chilli flakes...

mix well and let it cook for 3-4minutes in a low flame.add in tomato puree,chilli paste,pasta and oregano.mix once.and after 3minutes off the flame.serve hot.
